Transportation Information
These are the options to arrive at Lifeline Wellness Institute

Chicago O'hare (ORD): This trip is 3 hours drive each way,
- A shuttle service for $80 each way per person will be provided from this airport from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- Drop-off will be at 2 p.m. on the last Monday of the program.
- Time outside the shuttle window, will be $180 each way, and need to call us to arrange it.
- Pickup outside the shuttle window will only be available on the Sunday before the program starts (from 11 a.m. - 5 p.m.) and drop-off on the last Monday of the program from 2 p.m. - 6 p.m.

Quad Cities/Moline IL (MLI): This is a 45-minute trip to the Institute and the charge for this trip is $50 each way.

Galesburg, IL (GBB): This is through Amtrak train and arrives at Galesburg, IL train station. We'll pick you up at you arrival time. The station is 15 minutes from the Institute.

Chicago Midway (MDW): This trip is a 3-hour drive each way, the charge for this trip is $180 each way and you have to arrive the Sunday before the program starts and leave the Monday after the program ends. Call us to arrange for pickup. Pickup only available Sunday (from 11 am - 5 pm) and drop-off on the last Monday of the program from 2 pm - 6 pm.

Important Information
As soon as you get to Lifeline Wellness Institute (LWI), you'll check in at the front desk, settle into your room, meet the staff, and start an experience that could transform your life. Your health assessments will be scheduled for later or the following morning. You'll meet new people who will accompany you on walks, conversations, meals, classes, and therapy sessions. You'll be happy you came and perhaps even question why you didn't come earlier.

How do I reserve my spot?
Programs can fill up months in advance if you like to reserve your spot call 309-289-2150. A $1,000 deposit is required for the 14-day programs and $200 for the 4-Day Boost Programs.
What if I can't go after I have reserved my spot?
We understand that things can change very quickly; we offer a Cancellation policy to address those changes.
CANCELLATION FEE: 50% of the deposit up to 2 weeks prior to program start. Unfortunately, we can't refund if canceled less than 2 weeks prior to the reserved session.
We offer the opportunity to reschedule your program up to 3 times after, the deposit will not be refunded.

Is there are any additional charges?
We offer health products and supplements that are available at our store, these could help you continue with your healing journey. Also, we offer some extra hydro-therapies packages that are optional, if you wanted.
When should I pay my balance?
The remaining balance will be due upon check-in.
Can my family come with me to the program?
We highly recommend families come together as the results are 76% more successful and your family or companion will get a discounted price.
Do you honor medical insurance?
Our unique services are seldom reimbursed by third-party payers.
How many people can be in one room?
We have individual rooms where a couple can stay with a Queen size bed, rooms with two beds where two couples can stay in the rooms and one family room that up to 6 people can stay comfortably. Call for more information.
