Chicago O'hare (ORD): This trip is 3 hours drive each way,
- A shuttle service from this airport is available for $120 per person for each trip. The service operates on Sunday between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.
- Drop-off will before noon on the Sunday the last day of the program.
- This service is only provided for the 14-day programs, the 4-day program will use the Quad Cities or Peoria, IL airports

As soon as you get to Lifeline Wellness Institute (LWI), you'll check in at the front desk, settle into your room, meet the staff, and start an experience that could transform your life. Your health assessments will be scheduled for later or the following morning. You'll meet new people who will accompany you on walks, conversations, meals, classes, and therapy sessions. You'll be happy you came and perhaps even question why you didn't come earlier.

Programs can fill up months in advance if you like to reserve your spot call 309-289-2150. A $1,000 deposit is required for the 14-day programs and $200 for the 4-Day Boost Programs.

We understand that things can change very quickly; we offer a Cancellation policy to address those changes.
CANCELLATION FEE: 50% of the deposit up to 2 weeks prior to program start. Unfortunately, we can't refund if canceled less than 2 weeks prior to the reserved session.
